Product and Tool Design
Our design process starts with understanding customer needs and incorporating the customer requirements into design (voice of the customer). Our design methodology follows design for manufacturing and assembly (DFMA) principles leading to smart designs, fast manufacturing and less cost of manufacturing and assembly. We design components and specialized tools including PET stretch blow moulds, extrusion blow moulds, injection moulds, casting dies and stamping dies.
CNC Machining
We offer a wide range of CNC machining services including milling and turning of various materials, as well as slotting, gear bobbing, EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) wire cut and spark eroder. Our lean production processes, combined with professional experiences and advanced CNC machines ensure your parts/components and tools are made right the first time and delivered to customers on time and in full. We produce components/parts and tools for automotive agriculture and general industry.
Additive Manufacturing
Additive manufacturing (3D printing) includes a series of rapid prototyping technologies that combine multiple layers of materials to create parts. 3D printing is a quick, easy and cost-effective way to turn ideas into successful products. The 3D printing prototypes not only help to verify the design but also find issues early in the development process and feedback directly on design fix, preventing costly changes once the product is in full production. At EDiC, we have a full team of dedicated engineers that will work with you to verify your CAD designs, product functions, dimensional tolerances, etc. we deeply understand the prototype and production needs of any business and strive to deliver at low cost and consequently low price to our customers. We have two additive manufacturing technologies; fused deposition modeling (FDM) and stereolithography (SLA) both of them leading to production of plastic components.
General Fabrication
We create metal structures by cutting, bending and assembling. We use different materials to make parts and machinery. We are equipped with 30 welding stations including conventional welding and robotic welding. Our key products include silage cutters (8HP to 16HP) and machine tools.
Civil Engineering and Construction
Our civil engineering and construction unit provides technical services, practical training and advanced solutions to support both private and public projects. Our key operations include heavy equipment operator training, civil works, civil materials testing (soils, rebar, asphalt and aggregate), machinery rental, surveying, structural design and geotechnical investigation
